Robert is the founder and chief architect of the DowUrk vision — a lifelong Hammond native who grew up playing baseball, marching as drum captain, and building community through sports and creativity. As CEO, he leads the strategic vision for the 569 acre Community Sports Campus with 22 zones across 5 districts.

Hammond, Louisiana

Ralph is the founder of the Hammond Jr. Tors Youth Football Organization — a nonprofit dedicated to youth athletic development in Tangipahoa Parish. His vision gains a permanent home with two full-size football fields, stadium lighting, and the largest dedicated youth football facility in the parish.
