Refund Policy

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations to DowUrk Inc. are generally non-refundable and tax-deductible.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at info@dowurktoday.org with:

• Your name and email
• Date of donation
• Amount donated
• Reason for refund request

We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

DowUrk Shop: Physical merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if unused and in original condition.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

Services: Consultation and service fees are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
